Dave Behiel, WIN Home Inspection Livermore, CA
After years of working in a corporate environment, Dave Behiel of WIN Livermore decided it was time for a career change. He knew he wanted to start his own business or invest in a franchise so he could have a flexible schedule. After researching franchise opportunities and working with a franchise lead source, he chose to join WIN Home Inspection in August 2001.
“Starting a career with WIN fit all my needs,” Behiel said. “It allows me to work in my community, have a flexible schedule, have great income potential and I don’t have to manage any employees.”
After a few short years in business, Behiel credits much of his success to having a great attitude and providing excellent service at each inspection. “I do the best job I can during every inspection to represent myself and my WIN business,” he said. Behiel recently renewed his franchise agreement with WIN and said he didn’t even have to think about it. He looked back at what he expected to achieve in the business and he has met and exceeded his goals, he said. “I am able to make great money, be home with my kids in the afternoon when needed and coach sports,” he said.
Along with having a flexible schedule, Behiel said the easy-to-use inspection software and the network of Strategic-Partners makes WIN a great business to be part of. “I hope to keep the same energy, enthusiasm and provide the same great service that I did from day one,” Behiel said. “You can’t let the bad news get you down; you have to love what you do because that reflects on your business.”
