VetFran Program
WIN Home Inspection currently offers a 10% reduction in our franchise fee to military veterans who qualify for a WIN Home Inspection franchise. WIN Home Inspection is a participant in the International Franchise Association's (IFA) Veterans Transition Franchise Initiative (VetFran). The VetFran Program was established more than a decade ago as an expression of patriotic gratitude, providing financial incentives to aid veterans in acquiring a franchise of their choice. About the VetFran Program
In the early 1990s, Don Dwyer, Sr., founder of The Dwyer Group, launched the Veterans Transition Franchise Initiative (VetFran) with the support of the International Franchise Association and the U.S. Small Business Administration in an effort to share the VetFran Program. IFA's participating franchisor members have agreed to help veterans acquire their franchise business by providing qualified veterans with financial incentives not otherwise available to other franchise investors. More than 100 franchisors expressed their patriotic gratitude by providing financial incentives, bringing veterans into their systems.
MinorityFran Program
WIN Home Inspection also participates in the International Franchise Association's (IFA) MinorityFran Program. MinorityFran is designed to provide one, convenient point where minority prospects can explore franchise offerings of companies actively looking to recruit minority franchisees.
About the MinorityFran Program
Established in 2006, the MinorityFran Program builds on relationships forged with leading organizations through the IFA's Diversity Institute, such as the National Urban League, Association of Small Business Development Centers, U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce, and the Minority Business Development Agency of the U.S. Department of Commerce. MinorityFran serves as the flagship program promoted jointly by the IFA, these and other organizations, to be highlighted at events, in communications and through other targeted efforts.
