Joshua Roberts from WIN Home Inspection has been awarded “Member of the Year” for BOTH Washington State Women’s Council of REALTORS® and the Tacoma-Pierce County Chapter of Women’s Council of REALTORS® in recognition for all of his outstanding service, leadership and contributions in his community and in the Real Estate Industry. Joshua truly lives the WCR Vision and through his influence as a successful business professional he has helped women effect positive change in the profession and broader community.
Tacoma, WA (December, 2010) – Washington State Women’s Council of REALTORS® and the Tacoma-Pierce County Chapter of Women’s Council of REALTORS® are pleased to announce Home Inspector Joshua Roberts from WIN Home Inspection Tacoma & South Sound has been awarded “Member of the Year” at the recent WCR December Gala Luncheon at C.I. Shenanigans in Tacoma, WA. Joshua Roberts has been an active leader and member of WCR for the last three years sitting and chairing various committees and as an active member of the WCR Governing Board. Joshua served as the 2010 WCR Local Chapter Treasurer and was Re-Elected for 2011 as well.
Joshua brings an enthusiastic and joyful personality and leadership to the WCR organization. His love for his community and the service he displays within his community are seen through his examples of charity and good works with the St Michael Men's Homeless Shelter, South Sound Habitat for Humanity, Boy Scouts of America and other community and religious organizations.
As a full-time owner/operator of two WIN Home Inspection franchises in Washington State, Joshua Roberts is also one of the busiest home inspectors in the area and services a wide area of Tacoma and South Sound Areas to include Pierce, Thurston, Mason, Lewis, Pacific, Grays Harbor, Jefferson Counties. Joshua Roberts is a licensed home inspector and pest inspector in Washington State and has additional inspectors in his franchises.
Joshua Roberts contributes his success in his profession due to his involvement in his local WCR chapter. Roberts states, “I find it rewarding to be able to help empower those leaders in our real estate community and be able to build lasting and meaningful relationships with WCR members. It’s through the relationships, participation and service that you will be successful in WCR and in the community.”
