Seattle, WA (May 24, 2010) – WIN Home Inspection is proud to announce the addition of Rick Watermolen as a WIN franchise Strategic-Partner and owner of WIN Home Inspection Green Bay. Rick will be conducting home and environmental inspection services in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area for home sellers, home buyers and real estate professionals.
Rick Watermolen joins the WIN franchise network already established across North America with over 186 locations nationwide; he entered WIN Home Inspection after completing intensive business and technical training at WIN headquarters in Seattle, WA. Rick brings 26 years experience in Residential Maintenance and Repair to the industry. Upon graduating from the Professional Association of Building Inspectors (PABI) Training Institute—with over 145 credited hours of Residential Inspection Procedures and Technical—Rick became a member of both the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI), the Wisconsin Realtors Association and the Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin.
